Our bathroom designers are hands-on and collaborative, working with you to share their vision for your master bath or guest bath remodel. We also work hard to ensure that you are involved every step of the way. The Bath Envy process is highly personal and focused on your individual needs and desires. That’s why you meet with your dedicated bathroom designer at the outset of the process before any work has begun.

In-Home Bath Design Consultation

Step 1, you call Bath Envy Remodeling for a free, in-home consultation to discuss your ideas and explore your options. The Bath Eveny remodeling designers are experts in helping homeowners translate their vision and realize their goals into a beautiful design. The process starts with our first visit to your home. Your dedicated bathroom designer will discuss the issues you are trying to solve and listen to what you are hoping to achieve. We will talk about your wish list and tour the bathrooms you want to renovate. Your designer will show you examples of other Dallas area bathroom improvement projects we have completed and will walk you through the Bath Envy design-build process to answer all your questions.

You may meet with your designer multiple times during the early stage of the planning process as we fine-tune the scope of your project. We will prepare detailed plans for your review and approval. Cost projections are provided, budgets are established, and financing options are explored at this phase of the process. Concepts that started out as vague ideas are filled in with detail. Excitement builds as images of the completed project begin to emerge!

Getting Things Done

Obtaining Building Permits

If needed, Bath Envy will obtain any necessary & required construction permits from the municipality. You can relax and let us worry about paperwork and compliance, you can be confident that everything is being taken care of.

Project Management

If we need building permits, once they are issued, construction will begin almost immediately, if we can proceed without permits we will set a day to start the project. You will be assigned a Bath Envy project manager to oversee every step of the construction activity. They will meet with you before construction begins and frequently during the process to answer any questions and to provide progress reports. At Bath Envy, Communication is very important, and your project manager will be instrumental in keeping you informed and making sure everything is running smoothly and to your specifications.

Life During The Bathroom Remodel

If you are living in your home during the bathroom remodel, (Almost all of our clients do), we understand your normal routine will be interrupted. Rest assured that we will try to be as unobtrusive & respectful of your space as possible. The day-to-day experience while we are beautifying your bathroom is just as important as the finished project, which is why we focus on getting the work done in a timely manner and taking extra care to put ourselves in your shoes during the process.

Completing the Renovation Project

As the remodel nears completion, your project manager will walk through the bathroom and get your signoff on everything you agree is complete. At this point, any concerns you have will be documented and resolved prior to finishing your bathroom. Your complete satisfaction is our objective.
